Man accused of James Humphries killing granted bail

first_imgA MAN ACCUSED of the manslaughter of father-of-one James Humphries in Tallaght has been remanded in custody until 1 October, but granted bail.Trevor Corr of 16 Kiltatown Way appeared before Tallaght District Court charged with the manslaughter of James Humphries at the same address on Sunday.37-year-old Corr had applied for bail this morning, but Judge Anthony Halpin asked for time to consider the application. This afternoon, he granted bail with 13 conditions attached.This include the surrender of his passport, a curfew, two independent sureties and him staying with his brother.Corr was remanded in custody until a further hearing on 1 October. He was granted consent to bail.last_img
