(TSX:ENB). Oil and gas. Up $2.05, or 3.85 per cent, to $55.30 on 13.7-million shares. Enbridge plans to buy Houston-based Spectra Energy Corp. in an all-stock friendly deal worth C$37 billion that they say would create the largest energy infrastructure company in North America. The acquisition would extend the Calgary-based firm’s already growing reach throughout the continent, Enbridge CEO Al Monaco said Tuesday.Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Aerospace, rail equipment. Down nine cents, or 4.25 per cent, to $2.03 on 8.7-million shares. Bombardier is slashing deliveries of its new CSeries plane by more than half this year because of delayed engine deliveries from Pratt & Whitney, marking another setback for the jet. The Montreal-based company said Tuesday it will deliver seven of the aircraft this year — not the 15 it had expected.Yamana Gold Inc. (TSX:YRI). Miner. The Intertain Group will become a subsidiary of Jackpotjoy PLC under a previously announced corporate reorganization that will move the Toronto-based company’s stock listing and corporate headquarters to London.
